
Enrolments
We are currently accepting enrolments for Kindy 2026. Please email karrinyup.ps@education.wa.edu.au with your completed enrolment form as well as the other requirements below.
Karrinyup Primary School is a local intake school. Children whose place of residence is within the intake area are guaranteed enrolment in the compulsory years of primary schooling (Pre Primary to Year 6). Children whose usual place of residence is not in the local intake area require an application for enrolment and are accommodated where possible based on capacity and facilities available after making provision for local intake area needs.
Once the Part A application form has been reviewed, Part B Application forms will be provided to parents. Parents will need to complete this prior to enrolments being confirmed.
Upon application submission, we must sight all of the required enrolment documents, each named appropriately (birth certificate, immunisation details, 2 documents as proof of residency within the local catchment area).

Two Proofs of Residential Address, these may include:
Latest Council Rates Notice (if you own your property) or Tenancy Agreement with a minimum of three months lease period remaining.
Driver’s Licence with current address
Latest Utility bill (Water/Gas/Electricity only)
Student documentation required:
Birth Certificate and/or Australian Passport/Citizenship Certificate*
Medicare Immunisation History Statement (no older than 2 months)
Visa Grant Notice - if a child or parent is a visa holder, you will also need to provide the visa grant notice and Passport
*Please note that if your child is an Australian citizen but both parents were born overseas, the student’s Australian Passport or Citizenship Certificate is also required at the time of application
Please ensure all copies of original supporting documentation is provided with your enrolment application.
